This Refund, Return & Warranty Policy outlines how BellyCove® handles returns, refunds, and warranty coverage for all products.
At BellyCove, operated by BellyCove LLC, your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities. We stand behind the quality of every product we offer — from your first order to your final trimester.
We provide a 30-day return policy, a 30-day limited warranty on our At-Home Doppler, and an optional Product Protection plan for extended coverage and extra assurance.
Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Starting a Return
To begin your return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Our team will verify your order and provide next steps for your return or replacement.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Upon request, we can provide a prepaid USPS return label and simply deduct the postage cost from your refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection and approval of the returned item.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via USPS® with full tracking to ensure safe and timely delivery.
U.S. Fulfilled Products
The following items are shipped from our U.S. warehouse via USPS:
Estimated Delivery: 5–7 days via USPS® Ground Advantage™.
Need it sooner? You can upgrade to USPS® Priority Mail® at checkout for $9.95 (typically 2–4 days).
Internationally Fulfilled Products
Other items, such as maternity pillows, leggings, belts, seat belt adjusters, and others, are shipped from our international fulfillment centers.
Estimated Delivery: 8–15 business days (subject to customs clearance and international transit timelines/delays)
We’ll always notify you if your order falls outside the expected delivery window due to carrier delays, peak seasons, or weather disruptions.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@bellycove.com with:
- Your order number,
- A brief description of the issue, and
- A photo of the product or packaging (if applicable).
Once verified, we’ll promptly send a replacement at no cost to you.
30-Day Doppler Warranty
Every Fetal Doppler includes a 30-day limited warranty covering any manufacturer defects or malfunctions.
If your device experiences an issue within 30 days of delivery, we’ll gladly replace it free of charge.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
Product Protection & Extended Warranty
Protect your order, and your Fetal Doppler, for just $4.99, available as a one-time add-on in the cart.
This plan provides shipping protection for all BellyCove products and an extended warranty exclusively for the Doppler, ensuring peace of mind from checkout through 90 days after delivery.

Once verified, we’ll promptly send a replacement at no cost to you.
Your Doppler automatically includes a free 30-day warranty.
Adding Product Protection extends that coverage by an additional 60 days, for a total of 90 days of protection.
If you purchased Product Protection and need assistance, email support@bellycove.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
We’ll verify your coverage and send a replacement right away.
